Getting Ready for the Holiday Weekend!

Happy Thursday to all!

The first three day weekend of the summer is almost here.  I don’t have big plans, other then relax, eat lots of good food, maybe ride our motorcycles a little if weather permits, and wee what else we can get into.

Today I started week three of Phase 2 of my new program.  I am telling you, this will kick you a$$!  Or maybe I am just lightweight, but I am feeling it today.  Since I worked to hard, I had a really good breakfast of a big bowl of oatmeal with egg whites for extra protein and some apple in it.  Oatmeal always keeps me satisfied for a long time, and I have a very busy morning.  I will keep up this program and then add to it at the end,  to me, working out is a never ending and always changing lifestyle.  Live to workout and workout to live!  Keep active!

I have been feeling a little fatigued recently, and not sure if it is the weather, my  RA, which I assure that has a lot to do with it, or because I have increased my work outs and changed my diet.  I don’t want to change too many things at once, to see if it makes a difference, so I had taken most of the fruit out of my diet, and I am big fruit eater, so I am reintroducing a little at a time.  I think this may be the problem, but we will see.  I also haven’t been sleeping so good, but that is not unusual for me.  Others out there with auto immune issues have suggestions or are you experiencing this?  Let me know.

I have been doing some reading and research on different make ups or things for my skin, mainly my face.  Those of you that know me know I am a bit on the mature side, so I am really searching for some way to reduce the fine lines and wrinkles.  I have looked at the Beauty Counter Products, but now sure.  Again, if any of you have tried things or have suggestions, please let me know.

We gang, my real world is calling me so I will end for now, but I am posting later today about the Fed and Fit site, and Cassy!  Come back later to check that out.

Remember, drink a shit load of water, keep active, get up and move that booty, suck it up buttercup and put a smile on your face.  Life is good!
