
Rainy Day, Protein Banana Bread and MORE!
Hey Gang,
It’s a very rainy and dreary day here today. Luckily, G and I got a good jog in this morning before the weather moved in. On our jog, we came across these beautiful flowers.Flowers always make my day!
I was very surprised that the High Protein Banana Bread I made yesterday turned out good. I am not that great of a cook, and I hate to follow recipes, I always add what I want, but it turned out very good. I had some for my breakfast, and it was very satiating.
I also got a great work out this morning. I am trying to work on my abs, and I really don’t show these to ANYONE, but what the hey! You are my readers and I want to get very honest feedback on these. It seems the harder I work them, I always get lower abs that “stick out”? I am not sure what I am doing wrong, or maybe too much body fat? Does anyone have thoughts on this?
My fearless G. When we went out lunch, it was just starting to rain, and my girlie dog would not go out. I tried all of the secret routes that usually work to get him out, and he stood on the stairwell and looked at me like Silly You, you can’t fool me today.
My business has been really busy. My sales are not so good right now, but I have a lot of items delivering, and so the projects I am working on are new, and these always take a lot of time.
I am hoping that eventually, I can grow this blog enough that this can be my full time job. I have different thoughts on the direction I want to take, (right now, I know, I am all over the board, )but I am deciding which way I want to direct this. I have so many interests. I love to learn and help people with health, nutrition, working out, but I also like to travel and share my experiences. And then, there is the inner foodie in me that loves to eat and share my food experiences. Is it possible to move in all of these directions? As you can tell, I am really looking for comments and input from you, the readers. What will keep you coming back on a daily basis and follow me?

I had to get my knee braces out today, I don’t know if it is the weather, or if my RA med is not working, but my knees have been bothering me a bit. My Rheumy has suggested a new biologic, and MAYBE trying a AIP diet. I already eat so strict, I don’t know if that will make a difference or not. Have you tried an AIP diet and if so, what are your thoughts on this?
We kiddos, I must get back to the thing that helps to pay the bills for now, but I will have more. Check back tomorrow.
