
Starting the Week Off Good
Hey all you people out in reader land!
I was feeling really good this morning, so decided this was the week to really get back at it. And, in addition to that, I have 30 days until we leave for Dublin, so I have 30 days to get my exercise and eating in order, along with my RA. (I have a list to cover with my Dr when I go for my follow up this week) Part of getting my RA in tune is my diet and some of the things I eat. For example, I am going to give up dairy for 30 days, to see if that will make a differance.
Starting the day with a good “jog”, G and I did 3.5 miles with an average 15 min mile. Okay, I am not going to break any records with that, but my Garmin doesn’t account for every time G has to stop and sniff every pc of grass!
I did a relatively good lift this AM, , since I was feeling good, I decided to try to lift a bit heavier, and all was good.
For my breakfast, I made my favorite go to Oatmeal, with Collogen, Cinnamon and Blueberries. I also added a little coconut oil. This always a good meal for me. The Collagen I use is the Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate Beef, see the link on my page to buy this.
If I can keep this pace up the rest of the day, and feel this good, it is going to be a good day. I have a lot of work to do today, and some work related errands to run, so for now, I had better get back at it. I will add more later today.
