I’m so excited about this weeks Fresh Harvest Basket because the peaches I got look really good, and, there was fresh corn. I think that we will have this corn for dinner tonight. There is also a head of green cabbage, fingerling potatoes, carrots and red radishes. I like getting these because it forces me to clean and prepare all of the fresh produce, and then I have fruits and vegetables ready for several days. In addition, the food is really good. I had ordered a Flank Steak this week, but they were all out. I hope I can get some meat and maybe some melon next week.

I think I wore this poor guy out this morning on our jog.He’s been hanging out on his pillow, but he ate really good first. He is such a great partner to walk/jog with, most of the times. There are those times where he likes to smell a bit too much!
I talked with my Dr. yesterday at my FU visit, and I asked him about crossfit. He said absolutely not!!!! Apparently, I have too much damage already and he said it will only make it worse. He did tell me to keep walking,jogging and lifting weights. He even said to lift heavier, so I guess that is what I will do. To be honest, I can handle the pain, I am just really tired of being tired ALL the time! If I could have full day of energy, I would be so happy. I have no idea how to achieve that.
Enough with the whiny me. Listening to GGW this morning, they are hilarious, they were talking about podcasts and Netflix shows. They mentioned Glow. We did watch the documentary and are now watching the series. This is getting really good, but I think you really need to watch the documentary first, and then the series. It gives you a lot of background into the Women’s Wrestling World. Check it out.
I hope that we get one or two good and dry days this weekend because we really want to get out on the motorcycles for a while. This is probably the MOST relaxing activity you can do, and very therapeutic, basically, how can you not be in a good mood with the wind in you face and the open road in front of you!!!!
Just trying to get through this day so listening to a little Prince. Just makes my feet happy!
Well gang, best be getting back to it, and, I need more water. Must stay hydrated!
