
Fresh Harvest, Proteins, and accountability report
Happy Thursday to you readers, friends and followers!
I am excited to say, I met all of my goals for yesterday.
I took in 109 grams of Protein
I drank 100 oz of H2O
I moved a lot
I lifted heavier weights
I was kind to several people
I am on a good start today. I have several new items I am trying in order to get in more protein.
The Garden Of Life Protein Powder is really good. It is a plant based protein, Gluten Free, Vegan, Soy Free and tastes good. I got the vanilla flavor. I was very excited that I did meet all of my goals, I think that maybe posting like this will make me more accountable. I just know that I need to keep this up for 20 more days, at least! I would like to hear from those of you that are meeting any goals you have set for yourself, we can work through this together.
I got so many good things in my Fresh Harvest Basket this week. I got some bone broth, that I am not exactly sure what to do with this, but I think that I will just try drinking it, I got some ground lamb, fennel, apples, peaches, bananas, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. I seem to have more inflammation today then I have had for some time. I had a hard time gripping the dumb bells this morning, and then I realized why. I am going over everything I ate yesterday, to see if there was a trigger food, but nothing out of the ordinary, so maybe it is the weather?? All I know is I need to get this under control or I am going to have really hard time riding my motorcycle. 😞
We are getting thunderstorms here now, and heavy rain, and my poor Mr. G just does not like this. He is under my desk shaking like a leaf. I have tried everything to help him with this, but nothing works. Poor little guy!🐕
