Yay!  Stitch Fix is here!

Yay! Stitch Fix is here!

Who doesn’t love to get packages!!!!!  I scored with two today.  One is my new Stitch Fix box.  I will go through this later tonight, and tomorrow I will share my items I got.  I may even try to take some pics with the new clothes on!

My other box had the Gelatin that I want to try.  These are individual packets, so I will be able to take these with me when I travel.  I do so hope these will help.

Speaking of, I thought my swelling was going down, but when I tried to get my rings off, they won’t go over the knuckle.  Guess it hasn’t gone done yet!

So I told you that I would let you all know how I did on my goals for the day yesterday, this is how I did

Drink 100 plus ounces of water every day    I drank 88 oz of water

Eat 105 plus grams of proteins every day   I only had 100 grams of protein, really need to work on this

Eat less sugar every day    I did well here, I only had 58 grams of sugar

Lift weights heavier every day  I did lift heavier yesterday

Be more active every day  I was VERY active yesterday, I had a total of 25,750 steps

Take collagen and gelatin every day  I took the collagen yesterday, but just got the gelatin today

Have a positive attitude every day  I had a GREAT attitude yesterday

Post to my blog every day  I posted to my blog yesterday

Be kind to at least one person every day  I was kind to several people yesterday

I would say Sunday was a success, other then not enough protein.  I will post my stats for today again tomorrow.  Now, how are you all doing?  Please share!

Well, this day has slipped away from me, it is 6 o’clock and I still have a lot of work to do.

I am going to try to get an earlier start in the morning, so I can get everything done early.  I will also post to my blog earlier tomorrow.

I have been asking for feedback, and I am getting some, but I would like a lot more.  Don’t think you will offend, just let me know your thoughts and comments.

Well gang, time to be getting back at it.  Remember, be active, get up and move, be happy, keep a smile on your face, be thankful, tomorrow is a promise to no one, and HYDRATE!
