Accountability on yesterday’s goals, and Stitch Fix

Hey everyone,

I’m here to give you my progress report on yesterday’s goals:  I’m feeling a little better about yesterday, and so far today, doing great!

Drink 100 plus ounces of water every day    I drank 88 oz of water -AGAIN😞

Eat 105 plus grams of proteins every day   I only had 97 grams of protein, really need to work on this

Eat less sugar every day    I did well here, I only had 69 grams of sugar

Lift weights heavier every day  I did lift heavier yesterday💪🏼

Be more active every day  I was not near active enough yesterday, I had a total of 18,750 steps

Take collagen and gelatin every day  I took both the collagen and the gelatin yesterday

Have a positive attitude every day  I had a GREAT attitude yesterday

Post to my blog every day  I posted to my blog yesterday

Be kind to at least one person every day  I was kind to several people yesterday

Today is starting off a little better, plus, I feel like the inflammation is going down, some!

It is getting a little easier to get more protein. MFP recommended a few things that are helping, but I still haven’t got the Nutritional Yeast!  Tomorrow, I promise myself!  Thanks MFP!

I went through my stitch fix box from yesterday, and I liked everything in it, unfortunately, not everything fit.  This is what I am keeping The Whipstitch Crossbody, the Denim Jacket that I love!!! and the Orange V-neck top.  This was all great!!!  The two items I did not keep, and only because my huge and flappy chicken wings won’t fit in the sleeves were a Button detail knit top and an blue and white embroidered dress, that I liked, but the arms in neither worked😞This was a SCORE!!!!

I had a pretty decent work out this morning.  Did my regular workout that I have from Live Lean for Women, thank you Jessica!  and added a few body weight movements, along with some LONG needed balancing.   I actually felt quite good after for once!  (I did sleep a little better! )I hope to be able to continue this!  Sleeping better and working out better!

I decided I need a little something different to quench my thirst, so enjoying a glass of Perrier this afternoon, while I work away!

Well gang!  Still lots to do again today, so best get to it!  And my poor Mr G, it is getting ready to storm again so he has crawled under my desk.  I feel so bad for him, and I have tried everything, and nothing works!

Anyway kiddos!  Remember, be active, get up and move, be happy, keep a smile on your face, be thankful, tomorrow is a promise to no one, and HYDRATE!!!  Try to drink at least 100 oz of H2O today.
