Time to be accountable again!

Hello All,

I need to let everyone know how I did yesterday on my goals, getting much better:

Drink 100 plus ounces of water every day      I drank 96 oz of water yesterday, ALMOST made 100 oz

Eat 105 plus grams of proteins every day   I  had 132 grams of protein, Woo Hoo!!! AWESOME!!

Eat less sugar every day    I didn’t do as well here, I  had 44 grams of sugar

Lift weights heavier every day  I  lifted much heavier yesterday💪🏼

Be more active every day  I was not near active enough yesterday, I had a total of 17,000 steps, I am trying to get more steps in today

Take collagen and gelatin every day  I took both the collagen and the gelatin yesterday

Have a positive attitude every day  I had a GREAT attitude yesterday

Post to my blog every day  I posted to my blog yesterday

Be kind to at least one person every day  I was kind to several people yesterday, even treated one to coffee!

I need to be better today, then yesterday, and better yet tomorrow then today!

This is what you eat for lunch when your refrigerator needs to be restocked.  Good thing I had some chicken in the freezer for dinner tonight, don’t think I want to eat sardines two meals in a row!

As you can tell by the picture, I was trying to work on my abs with my work out today.  I know I am not doing something right, because they NEVER change!!!  I need serious instructions on ab work.  HELP!!!!

A friend of mine suggested I try this, in my attempt to get more protein in my diet.  I haven’t tried it yet, but it will go on the chicken tonight.  This also has a lot of B vitamins in it.  I will put a link on my blog page tomorrow where you can buy this.

But of course, I cannot just go to the store for one thing, not me, I thought that I would stock up on “healthy” protein foods.  (Maybe I shouldn’t have gone there when I was hungry)  I have had the Quest ships before, and the Buff Bake Cookies, and I really like both of these.  I just found the My Cookie.  High protein, low sugar, gluten free.  I will let you know how I like these.

I am going to keep it short and sweet today, lots of work to get done yet today, and I need to do my nails yet.  I have an idea for something totally off the wall.  If it works, I will post pics on IG tomorrow.

Well buckaroos!  Lets all get back at it.  But remember, be active, get up and move, be happy, keep a smile on your face, be thankful, tomorrow is a promise to no one, and HYDRATE!!!!
