Hey all, here it is Friday already! And, it looks like the storms are getting ready to move in again.
Well, I have to tell you that I did a much better job on my goals yesterday, and I am off to a really good start today.

Be kind to at least one person every day I was kind to several people yesterday
I need to be better today, then yesterday, and better yet tomorrow then today!
I decided to work extra hard for my workout today, as I plan on taking the weekend off. Mostly I did legs, but added a few others. To be honest, it felt good. I did some ab work too, but didn’t get pictures of that. I am still open for suggestions on how to work my abs!
I also added quite a bit of the Nutritional Yeast yesterday. This has a really cheesy favor, it really is good. It also has a lot of B vitamins in it as well.
I am doing everything MR is telling me to do for the RA. It is way too early to tell if any of it is helping. I read an article that stated, as women, we have the 28 day cycle, and that applies to several things. When you start a new regimen, you must cycle through SEVERAL of the 28 day cycles, at least 2-4, to see if your new program is working. Well, I will give it a shot. That means, I must keep up the current regime until at least the middle to end of September. Make a note. We will see if it helps! ( I may lighten this slightly while in Dublin, but as soon as we get back, I am back on it.)
Speaking of Dublin, wow, it is almost time for that. I have been researching Dublin, I have booked a couple of tours, but mostly, laid out a plan of attack as to the things we want to see, and maybe a few whiskey places we need to check out. I will try to give full blog posts at the end of each day, while in Dublin. If anyone has suggestions for places to eat, things to see, places to drink, coffee shop, places to shop, please let me know.
Well, I need to get back to work. I want to try to give MFP a call and see how she is doing.
So for now peoples, take care, have fun, and remember, be active, get up and move, be happy, keep a smile on your face, be thankful, tomorrow is a promise to no one, and HYDRATE!!! Very Important.
Take my friends and have a great weekend!
