
Our Vacation time is almost here!
It seems I have been extremely busy recently, I would suspect because I am trying to get my work, both work work and personal things, taken care of before we leave, which is tomorrow, YAY!! I think I am almost there.
I hate to be a complainer, or whining, but I just don’t have the energy I need either to do all of the things I want to get done. I do hope that once this new Dr. gets all of the lab work results back, that we can move on to a plan that helps. (I hate people that whine, so that is all I will say there)
As for keeping my goals: I have been pretty good about keeping all of these, except posting to my blog every day. I have been drinking LOTS of water every day, I am lifting heavier every day, I have been getting MORE than 110 grams of protein every day, (Thanks to some suggestions from MFP), I have been pretty active, and I try to be happy every day. I AM CERTAIN, that once we get back from our holiday, I will be well rested, well fed, energized, and then I also have a follow up with the new Dr so again MAYBE!!! ( I am keeping my fingers crossed) I am CERTAIN that I will have all of the energy that I need to:
Drink 100 oz plus of H2O every day
Eat 110+ grams of protein every day
Be VERY active EVERY DAY
Lift HEAVIER Weights (this is five days a week)
Post to this blog EVERY DAY
Be kind to at least one person every day
Be happy all of the time
Quit Whining
I am also going to set a goal of walking/jogging 100 miles in the month of August
I will keep you all updated on this EVERY DAY!!!
I have been eating pretty good recently (healthy). I was getting a bit discouraged about my eating, thinking that everything I was doing was doing NO GOOD whatsoever, but then I had a long conversation with MS who pointed out, “How do you know it is not working, maybe it is and maybe it could be MUCH worse.” That was the comment I needed to get back on track.
So, I have been really vigilant about my food. I am not sure how I will do while we are on vacation, but I will do my best. I am going to try all kinds of new foods however, so???? we are on holiday right!!!
I am going to try to do several posts while we are gone, sites we see, things we do, ( I have at least one day trip planned) tastings we go to, and just overall share with you readers.
I just poured myself a glass of this. This is fast becoming my new afternoon beverage, but of course, I usually have that afternoon cup of
as well.
Regarding my working out, I hope when we get back that I have much more energy and can lift much heavier, and maybe do a little longer sessions. I know how important this is for my RA and my overall health. Anyone who wants to help keep me motivated, send me inspiration on my blog or you can send direct to my e-mail

BTW, I still have not forgotten about my favorite things, I am working on this, but I had ordered a few other things, and I will have all of these next week, and I will probably want to blog about these as well, so stay tuned.
Well gang, I have rattled on longer then I thought. So for now, I am signing off, I will try to do a quick blog tomorrow either before we leave for the airport or once we get there. And again, I am going to share as much as I can.
