A Whirlwind of a Day

Wow, this has been the craziest busiest Monday I have had for a long time, but I did get a lot accomplished, so I feel good about that.  How about all of you?

Maybe this is because the day started with a really good “jalk” and workout.  Yes, I did lift heavier today!

Then MS called and that always makes my day, but I did not hear from MD until almost 3, what’s up with THAT???MD!!!

I had a very interesting lunch of leftovers, pretty much.  A big salad of spinach, bacon, potato, orange pepper slices, cherry tomatoes,    and for the dressing I used this yogurt I found at Whole Foods.  I don’t know if they have always had this, but this is really good yogurt and worked great as a dressing!  I also added tumeric, ACV and Braggs Nutritional Yeast.  I feel this was really healthy salad, and tasty!

My goals, I did great yesterday,

Drink 100 oz plus of H2O every day_ I drank 88 oz of H2O, close but not quite there

Eat 110+ grams of protein every day-I  got to 100 grams, again, close but not quite there

Be VERY active EVERY DAY- I was very active yesterday, 👍

Lift HEAVIER Weights (this is five days a week) I did lift heavier yesterday🏋🏽👍  Sorry I did NOT lift weights on Sunday!

Post to this blog EVERY DAY -I will!!!!

Be kind to at least one person every day  I was kind to several people yesterday, (I like to be kind to be people, keeps my Karma going)

Be happy all of the time  😊

Quit Whining  No whining yesterday!!!  👍

🏃 As of yesterday, August 13 th, I have walked a total of 53 miles.  I have 17 more days to walk 120 miles, piece of cake 🍰  Still on a good path.

I did not sleep well last night, but man, I have energy today.  Maybe because I have been eating better, or maybe because it is due to the new protocol my Dr has me on.  What ever it is, I do feel good today.

I don’t have time to post a lot today, I still have a lot of work to get done, and I do have to keep my work going as well.

Well buckaroos!  I hope everyone’s weekend was as good as mine.

I think that’s all I have for today.  Again, please send comments, suggestions, critics???  I am open to all.

And remember, stay active, get up and move, be happy, keep a smile on your face, be thankful, tomorrow is a promise to no one, and Hydrate!!!  LOTS!  (Maybe give your fur kid a hug as well)
