Here we are, another Friday already and the first day of fall.  Time goes so fast!

As we walked out our door this morning for our walk, the King and Queen were ready for fall in their orange lighting.  Luv seeing this every morning!

Sometimes I am just an airhead.  In talking about series that I am watching, I keep referring to Blindside.  DAA!!!  Don’t know where I got that but the name is Bloodline.  So now that I gave you the correct name, go check it out, it is on Netflix.  I am always ready to check out new shows, not that we watch that much TV, but I like to watch new thrilling shows.

Speaking of, did any of you watch Sinners?  This was a great little short series and really looped around.!

I found this at Costco yesterday,   IMG_2171  I tried some today and this is really good, plus, bonus, Gluten Free!  A good source of protein.

I have been experimenting with different foods, I get tired of the same thing over and over.  Last night I made a rice panko crusted tofu.   IMG_2172  Very simple to make, I just dipped in egg wash, the rice panko crumbs that I had added some seasoning to, and baked for about 35 minutes.  Quite tasty.  My dinner consisted of the tofu, cucumbers, mushrooms and sweet potato.  Maybe not that high in protein, but good.

I shared this on IG yesterday,  I had to beak out some of my new Hotbox Roaster Coffee yesterday.  IMG_2169MH brought me a good supply of this last time he was at IMG_2170  I think that’s funny, a brewery that roasts really good coffee.

Speaking of coffee, I tried the New Starbucks Maple Pecan Latte today, but had it made with just one pump, (I can’t have that much sugar) and just a splash of skim milk.  This is really tasty, but next time, I need more shots of espresso in it.  (Maybe I drink too much coffee)

Well gang, I am really working on lifting heavier and I can feel it today.  Good thing today is Friday.  My body will enjoy the next two days off.  I have been eating more as well, but, I messed up the other night and apparently ate something that had a lot of wheat in it.  Feeling pretty kaka yesterday, but better today.  I need to watch better what I eat.  And drink  more water.

I am expecting a package today from one my overseas supplier.  She was going to put some things in the box of samples for me personally, skin care items.  Once I get these and try them, I am going to do a blog on them and if I like them, a link where you can get them.
