A New Face Brush
Hey gang! Hope all are doing well.
First, I have to share this picture. I posted about this the other day, and for some reason, it did not show up. So, here it is. I still haven’t tried these, but am wondering if I can figure out how to add protein powder to this to make it High Protein. My Dr. called me today and again, has stressed, I need more protein in my diet. How much protein can one person eat!!! I know my RA meds mess this up, so I am going to figure out a way to get even MORE protein in my diet. Suggestions?
I told you all, if you were reading, my friend in China sent me this new Face Brush. I have used this twice now, and it really does make your face feel clean, and very tingly (is that a word?) There are two sides to this, and two speeds. One side is for cleaning, and the other is for massaging. I used the massaging side while I was watching TV, and of course, MH was laughing at me, but it does make your face feel really good.

ON to current news. What is your opinion of what is going on with the NFL? I am sorry, but I have very strong feelings for the flag and the National Anthem. These young men are paid a lot of money to play football, and this is their job. We all have the right to freedom of speech, but I am really afraid, when this starts to affect the pockets of the NFL, the owners, and the players, things will change. Tell me what you think.
I have been getting shorter workouts in the last two days because I have had morning meetings, so I had to fit the workouts in during the day, in between getting my work done. I am hoping tomorrow I can get a good HEAVY lift in. If I can find a way to take a couple of pictures, I will share with you all. The other thing about working out first thing in the morning, I have some energy yet.
I am trying two new recipes for dinner tonight. One will be a blue soy corn chip crusted pork chop, and the other is carrot sticks shaken in soy sauce with seasoning and baked. I will try to take pictures and let you all know tomorrow how they turned out.
Now friends, I am going to ask for you help. As I said, my Dr. is preaching to me to get more protein. I thought I was doing a good job. I am asking you all for ideas on how to get more protein into my diet, and really how much protein should I be consuming? I am 5′ tall, weigh 110, workout 5 days a week and walk every day.
