Finally Friday!

This has been the longest DAY ever!  Maybe because my energy level is somewhere less then ZERO!!!!

But, it has been a very productive week, all good!  I have been working my booty off, and have talked with a GREAT Person and fabulous trainer, just look at her, and am feeling good about my workouts.  Just need to work HARDER, more HIT.  I have gotten some really good advice from IMG_2192  If you have not listened to their podcasts, check them out!  Thank You Jessica!  IMG_2239  This is what my Garmin is telling me I have done so far today.  So far, having a good day!

I also have tried several new meals this week.  I made pork loins breaded with Soy Blue Corn Chips.  IMG_2188  This was right before I put these in the oven.  I may have baked them a minute too long, but they did have a very good flavor.

Last night, we made a gluten free shrimp  Alfredo sauce, and I had found this pasta.  IMG_2193.jpg  Even MH thought these were great.  When I went grocery shopping today, I found the same brand, but in Black Bean.  We are going to try those next.

I first got their soap a couple of years ago when we were visiting in Belize, and I have been ordering soap from Lynda ever since.  This is the best soap.  I ran out this last time and did not order soon enough, so I bought one bar from Whole Foods, not nearly as good as this soap.  I am trying a couple of new things this time, IMG_2238.jpg  and some new lip balm  IMG_2237.jpg  as soon as I try both of these, I will let you know how they are.  The soap is not as expensive as the soap from Whole Foods, and it is much better.  Check out her website, and if you place an order, tell he Tamie from Atlanta sent you to her.  (No I do not get anything for this, I just really like the soap.)

Have any of you expereinced slow loading time on my site?  If so,  please let me know, I have been working with Go Daddy and it seems the  only issues are with Safari.  All other search engines work fine.  I am trying to get this resolved, but I don’t want you readers to have to wait to read my blog.

Now friends, I am going to ask for you help.  As I said, my Dr. is preaching to me to get more protein.  I thought I was doing a good job.  I am asking you all for ideas on how to get more protein into my diet, and really how much protein should I be consuming?  I am 5′ tall, weigh 110, workout 5 days a week and walk every day.  According to my Garmin, I burn an average of 1600-1800 calories per day, sometime more.  Please send me thoughts, ideas, recipes and tricks,
