BRRR! It has gotten a little chilly suddenly!

Well hello all you beautiful people out there.  I hope everyone had as good a weekend as I did.

MH and I went to the outdoor range Saturday morning, and it was a good day at the range.  I did really good with both my Glock and the rifle.  I really like to do this and I am going to urge MH that we need to do this more often.  The only issue was, we got there shortly after they opened, and they were already packed.  All of the hunters were there practicing.

We did stop, as I thought we would, on the way out at I hop.  I can eat here as I can go with eggs and this time I had hash browns, but a somewhat healthy pancakes.

We went and sat in the hot tub at the gym this weekend.  This is something else I am really going to urge MH we need to do more often.  I cannot believe the difference this makes in my body, feels great.

Well Football really sucked big time this weekend.  Both our college team and the Falcons lost.  The Flacons started out so good, but they came back the second half and just sucked up the place.  Why do they do this!  Every Game.  Oh well.  Next weekend, weather permitting, we are not sitting around and wasting time watching football.  I have already reached out to several friend to get together.  I am thinking maybe a nice long ride to one of the many apple orchards.  What do you think?  Football or long ride on the motorcycles in the mountains?

OK, my mind has been made up.  If I want different results, I have to change what I am doing.  This means, eating, exercise, times of day I do things, and sleep habits.  STARTING today, I have changed up my workout/jalking routine,my eating, and am really going to try to get MORE, or at least some, sleep.  I am going back to what seems to work for me.  My goal this morning was to get 5 miles in, but Mr. G just wasn’t feeling it, so I did some more on there treadmill prior to lifting.  It seems more cardio and less lifting used to work, so lets see if it will work again!Image-1  I still didn’t get quite five miles, but better the it has been.  Tomorrow I am really going to try to get a minimum of 5 miles before I lift.

I did a good but somewhat shorter lift session, but went heavy and fast.  I am hoping this helps.  Also, I used to eat a LOT of fruit, but I have tried to cut back on that because of the sugar.  Well, I am going back to MORE fruit, and maybe just a little less protein, and I AM GOING TO QUIT eating after dinner.  If I have to tape my hands together, I will do this!  (Ok, ask me tomorrow how this works)

As for sleep, still not sure how to make this work, but if you have ideas, please let me know.

On Saturday morning we started a chicken marinating a concoction of several things  IMG_2268  This is what it looked like when I took it out of the refrigerator this morning, after marinating for two days.  I put it in the crock pot on low, IMG_2269 (this is what it looked like when I started it) and I am leaving it go all day.  Man, this smells awesome right now.  I will take a picture before I take it out, and let you all know how it tastes.  This seems like the perfect day for this.

I am trying my ThirdLove Bra that I got, and so far, I think I am really going to like this.  It feels great, and is comfortable.  I am still not sold yet, but I will keep you updated.

I have been waiting for the color on the leaves of the trees to change, but because it has been so warm here, I am afraid the leaves will fall before they change colors.  Maybe this cooler weather will help.  If we do get out on the bikes this weekend, I am hoping we see some good color.  I will be sure to share pictures.
