Shame On ME!!!
Well Hello Strangers!!!! I have been a very bad blogger. I would apologize, but that would be like making an excuse. I will just say, I have not been feeling my best, several things going on, but TODAY, I really feel human again ! YAY! And it is a good feeling.
There are so many things I need to catch you all up on. I may do some today, and than more tomorrow.

and take a look? If not go there now and let me know if you have questions. I received several more new items that I love. I got the Beautycounter Intense Moisturizing Serum. I love this. I use it in the morning and at night, and it makes my skin feel soft and silky, and has a great smell. But, I will use this until the container is empty, test it, and then I will let you know how I like it, but so far, it is great!
I also got the eyebrow pencil. This has a brush on one end, that for some reason, works better than any brush I have tried in the past. My only complaint, and this is on me, is that I bought the light color and should have got the dark, but I am making it work.
I got this No. 2 Plumping Facial Mist in my first box, and I cannot tell you how much I like this. I catch my self spraying it on several times a day, and, like the serum, makes by face feel silky, fresh and ALIVE. If you have any questions, please contact me at
On to other things. Has anyone out there tried the New Atkins Diet? It was STRONGLY suggested to me I follow this , this was suggested by my health care provider. Apparently, if I understand correctly, with this way of eating, you do not count anything but carbs, and you eat low carb food, eating higher protein and HIGH fat. I am learning carbs have a lot of sugar, and sugar causes a lot of inflammation. I am reading the book and it sounds pretty easy. I was also told, in order to keep my energy up, to eat 6 smaller meals a day. Now, I have done a lot of reading in my short time, and everyone has different options on this. I am just curious, for those of you that might have tried various diets and ways of eating, what has and hasn’t worked for you? Leave a comment or send an e-mail, I would like to know.
I have been very neglect on my work outs also, because of the fatigue and lack of energy, but I will get this back on track also, and hopefully, tomorrow, I can post a few wo pics.
