Up and at it!!!
Well Kids, just another day in paradise. We were up somewhat early, trying to get a jump on the day. So far, so good.
Made a VERY quick breakfast today of Strawberries, boiled eggs, Braggs Nutritional Yeast, Kite Hill Yogurt (this is the first time I have tried this, I am not sure it is my favorite yogurt yet. )
Did another good workout this morning, tomorrow I will take some pictures to show what I am doing. Today I did:
1 Arm Rows
Overhead Try Extensions
Along with Jumping Jacks, High Kicks and Sprints. Again, I did three sets of the above of 12 each! Tomorrow I am going to “Kick it up a notch”.
Needless to say, I did not get the cookies made yesterday. I was on a mission to get lots done, and I did, so maybe today.
I am also trying to learn how to make my blog site, (along with my ATW site) better looking, more user friendly, in general, draw more traffic to them. If any of you readers has ideas, or suggestions, OR, if you know of web designers in the area that would work with me, please e-mail me, email@example.com, DM me of leave a comment. I am open to any ideas and help.

I was listening to one of my many favorite podcasts today, and I always get very motivated when I do this. This particular one was talking about we as women, seem to never be happy with our looks, bodies, physique, whatever. We work and work and in many cases, we are doing our bodies more harm than good. Sometimes, you just need to take a look at what you are doing, and reevaluate what you are doing and why you doing this. I am pretty confidant in what I am doing, and why, although I am always exploring and researching new ways to eat, to control my conditions, new exercises, to help my conditions, and just new things in general, since I feel there is always room for improvement, no matter who you are! Right?!
Any who, I got off on a tangent. How are all of you doing? Is everyone ready for the holidays? Thank you to my wonderful family, our holiday is all planned out and all we need to do is get there, and of course, pay for it. They have some very wonderful things planned this year, and I am very anxious to spend time with them. This is my BEST time of year, and I always look forward to it.
What are some your traditions, or what are you doing for Christmas? Do you have favorite food traditions? Gift traditions? Or do you just wing it? I would like to hear what others do.
I would also like to get just a little more feedback from you and let me know how I am doing, suggestions for topics, recipes I should try, exercises I should try, or just general comments. After all, you guys are what I am doing this for.
Well Kiddos, I am going back to work, so that I can maybe get lots done again today, and hopefully, make the cookies or protein balls.
