Happy Thursday!  And a sunny one at that!

So many new good things to try today!

First, I got my Fresh Harvest Basket today.  This has so many good looking things in it, I am not sure where to start.  I added a loaf of Sally’s Gluten Free Banana BreadIMG_2672.jpg to this basket and of course, I had to try this right away!  Plus, I had been doing a lot of reading about Ghee, and learned this has an ingredient that is supposed to help reduce inflammation.  The way I feel today, ANYTHING will be an improvement.  Have to Love Amazon Prime.  I ordered a jar of Fourth Heart Ghee with Pink Himalayan Sea SaltIMG_2671.jpg yesterday, got it today, and tried this on the banana bread.  This has an amazing taste, a little salty but not overwhelming.  I am afraid that if I did not put it away, I could eat the whole jar with a spoon.  Hopefully, it works as well for inflammation as it tastes.  Does anyone have any comments for this?  Have any of you who use this seen any less inflammation?  Please say yes!!!!

Also in my Fresh Harvest basket, I got five huge grapefruits, five apples, two bundles of different lettuces, limes, mushrooms, and they sent a sample jar of local honey. IMG_2674-356879697-1519329141124.jpgI think I need another piece of banana bread and try both ghee and honey on it.

I have a question for you readers.  Do any of you, or have any of you, ever made and or tried fat bombs?  In listening to some podcasts, and doing research, I am learning most people do not get enough “healthy” fat, and fat bombs supposedly help us to do that, as well as they are good for weight loss and to satisfy sugar cravings.  If any of you have any comments on this, or working knowledge on this, please let me know.  Also, if you know of good recipes for these, of where to get really good ones, please send to my e-mail

I would love to learn more about this.  Also, they say if you make these with Ghee, they are more beneficial for inflammation.  Let me know!

I did get a good walk in this morning, you all know that I walk EVERY morning, and then I tried to get a good workout in.  Sorry, but just not feeling it today.  My Dr., coincidently, talked with me today, and it appears I am going through a flair.  We are starting a steroid pack to see if this will help.  Right now, even my toes feel like they are on fire!  Tamie, quit your whining, these people don’t want to hear about all of your aches and pains!

Actually, I feel pretty darn good, I just have to remember to DRINK LOTS,  lets all take a drink of water right now.  glass-of-water-how-drinking-8-glasses-of-water-every-day-could-kill-you-mirror-science-clipartI also have to remember to get up and move more often.  Sitting really causes me to be STIFF.

So how are you all doing?  Whats new and good in your lives?  What is everyone doing to  be active, what new foods are your trying?  What new workouts or routines?  Please share with us.

How many of you are watching the Olympics?  We try to watch a little every evening, and last night, it was probably the best it has been.  We watched the women’s two person bob sled.  This was probably some of the better we have seen so far.  It really has not been that exciting to watch.  What do you think?

We tried to find some new series on Netflix, we did finish Strange Empire.  I hope that comes out with a second season, this was really good!  If you have not watched this, check it out.  But now, we need ideas for more.  Suggestions?
