
Day 6 and Still Sticking to my Plan
That is really kind of a record for me. I sometimes say I am going to do something and the next day, that idea goes out the window! So, I am pretty excited.
Starting off with what I ate yesterday:
Yogurt
Eggs
Apple
Chicken
Potato Salad
Organic Girl 50/50 mix
Olives
White Bean Chips
Butter (from Grass Fed Cows)
Yogurt Bar
Coffee
Collagen Peptides
And of course, my kombucha
And lots and lots of water!
For my workout, I did the below:
Bench Press
Leg Press
Running In Place
Rope Tris
Squats
Jumping Jacks
Dumb Bell Deadlift
Dumb Bell Row
and again in between each exercise, I did a sprint down the hall and back
So far, I have lost about half of the weight my rheumy wanted me to loose, so if I can keep this up, I should be at the needed weight by at least the middle of May. Keep encouraging me! PLEASE!!!
We did get a walk 🏃in this morning, even though it was kind of MISTY,☔️ so that was a good start. The pace was a bit slower because MH walked with us, but at least we were out there and walking!
Tomorrow, seriously, I am going to try to get to the gym for a class, there is a Body Pump plus Abs class that I think I can make. I know I have quite a bit of work to do already tomorrow, but, I will just need to make the time. I also have a long list of errands to do, and work that NEEDS to be done. (That is why I need to get this blog to generate some income, and maybe start that podcast, I would much rather do this then my real job🤓)
I also think that I will stop in, while running my errands tomorrow, and pick up the Autoimmune Cookbook by rheumy suggested. Without a plan, there can be no attack, RIGHT!!! More do, less talk!
MD finally got back to her dr for her follow up on the blood work she had done, do to the rashes she gets when she eats anything with gluten. Good news, she does not have the celiac gene, bad news, now what? Anyone out there have this same issue, and if yes, what are you doing or can she do , or should she do? Please send suggestions and ideas to
Pain level today is about a 7, but that is because I am VERY tired. We had storms last night, and my poor G, he wanted to get on the bed, but since we got out new bed frame, it is too high for him to get on, so he just put his paws and face up by mine and whined. I tried to lay on the floor with him, but that was not what he wanted or needed. Needless to say, not much sleep last night. Tonight will be better.
Gang, I am still contemplating, in the back of my crazy😜 mind, starting a podcast. How much fun would that be. My only problem is, would I have listeners, and what would I talk about once a week? This is where I would really like input. E-mail with your thoughts
Well chickie doodles, until I can get this blog to generate income, and maybe a podcast, I have to get back to my real job.
