
Day 6 AND 7
Hey there kids! Decided to change the way I was writing this blog. Instead of writing about yesterday, (other than on Monday’s, on Monday’s, I will write about Saturday, Sunday and Monday) I will write about that day. So, to catchup, today I will write about what I hate and the exercises I did yesterday AND today. Tomorrow, I will write about Thursday and so on. Cool? Cool Beans!
First though, I found this recipe on IG for these Unicorn No Bake Cookies, I really think I need to try these!!!! When I do, I will share pictures and if they are any good or not!
So to catch up, yesterday I ate:

For Exercise yesterday, I did the below:
1 Arm Over Head Dumb Bell Tri
Leg Extension
Jumping Jack
Kick Backs
Squats
Running in Place
Bi Curls
Tri Dips
And again, between each exercise I did a sprint down the hall and back!
For Today, Wednesday, this is what I ate ( I have my dinner planned out, so I will add this in)

For Exercise today, I did the below:
First G and I got a really good jalk in, the weather was almost perfect this morning.
Then for my work out, I did the below:
2 Arm Over Head Dumb Bell Tri
Leg Curl
Jumping Jack
Over Head Rope Tri
Kettle Bell Squats
Running in Place
Weighted Abs
Hip Thursts
Lat Pull down
30 Second Plank
And again, between each exercise I did a sprint down the hall and back!
I had a really good heart rate going this morning.
Overall, I feel pretty good today, actually, I think I feel better than yesterday, BUT, I have been so busy all day, I have not had time to think about not feeling good! I would say my pain level today is 5- and my energy level is 7+. It is a good day today.
MH B-day is very soon, and he is the most impossible person to buy presents for. Any time he want’s ANYTHING, he buys it. I am at a loss for gifts. What do you get a person who does not give you any ideas at all???? Ideas??? What are some of the gifts you have gotten your significant others?
I am still really contemplating the podcasts. In talking with MD, I told her she could be my first guest. HAHAHAHAH, she wanted to know what we would talk about! Really??? Anything and Everything. What do you normally talk about on a podcasts.
But seriously, I think I can be of some help and talk about autoimmune and anti inflammatory issues. Not that I know anything, but as I try and eliminate things, I can share. What do you all think? Let me know if you would listen.
Today I got this as a “gift” or as a suggestion from my rheumy’s office.
I expect a phone call from him soon, but I know what he wants. Looks like I will be sharing new recipes soon.
As for the class I said I WAS going to do. I am still going to do this, BUT, since I feel like I do get a really good workout now, and I walk or jog every day, I don’t think I want to invest the time to go to a class right now. I would rather spend that time getting work done ( as I am very OCD and ADD) and if things are done and organized, I feel much better, and in addition to that, our pool will soon be open, and than I can swim everyday in our pool. Cool???
