My Life, one day at a time!
Day 9 and still going strong!

Day 9 and still going strong!

Thanks first to all of you who keep on reading, and to those of you who have sent comments.!  Thank You All!

AND, I need to apologize to you all, I do not know what happened, but the pictures I put on the blog yesterday disappeared???  I guess I need to learn more about this blog writing, or just learn a few things!!!

Day 9 and I am feeling pretty damn good!  (For me)  I would same my pain level today is a 5-, and my fatigue level 5.  (These are questions the Dr always asks)  I slept good last night👍💤

Than, in addition to the pretty good nights sleep, I got a new coffee IMG_2069  I have had this brand before, but they just introduced an extra strong dark roast.  The flavor is fantastic, but WOW, I am still wired!!!!  (Not a bad thing)  If you have not tried this, check it out,  really good coffee!

So excited because I got my Tula sample kit todayIMG_2984  I started this today, and it says the kit will last 30 days, so in 30 days, I will give you all my thoughts on this.  And it comes in just the cutest travel bag!  Thanks Tula!  The kit contains Purifying Face Cleanser, Eye Cream, Dual-Phase Skin Treatment Pad, Deep Wrinkle Serum, and a moisturizer.  Keep your fingers crossed that this might help!

I am trying something new for lunch today, getting a little tired of liver.  I bought this the other dayIMG_2986 and this is part of my lunch today.  It leaves just a little tingle on your tongue, but otherwise, really good and high in protein.

Because I got a good nights rest, and I know that I will not work out the next two days, I did get a really good work out in this morning. Our walk was good, but Mr G was kind of slow!  But it was great out there.

Today, my work was:

Bench Press

Leg Extensions

Jumping Jacks

Dumb Bell Dead Lifts

Gobble Squats

Running in Place and High Kicks

Weighted Abs

Pull UPs Leg Kicks

Hip thrusts

Sprints

And my five minutes of stretching after

My food today is:

Yogurt

1/2 Banana

Apple

2 Hard Boiled Eggs

Collagen Peptides

Coffee

Kombucha

Tuna

Cherry Tomatoes

Green Olives

Pickled Ginger

Peanut butter Rice Krispie Bar

Chicken Kabobs

Brussel Sprouts

That MIGHT fill me up!

I found these chicken kabobs at Costco today, I forgot to take a picture so I will take one and post on IG, but they are all natural, no preservatives, all that stuff and how easy can this be!  I think we have had these before and they are really good.

I have found several new podcasts to listen to.  One is called Werk It, and it is all about starting and building your podcast.  I listened to about half of one, and I will keep listening, but I am soo thinking about starting a podcast.  Have any of you out there tried to do this? Or even thought of doing this?  If you have, e-mail me

tamie@tamiesjourney.com

and tell me how it went.

This is MH B-Day weekend, and I debated a cake, or no cake.  Anything with sugar in it is his absolute favorite, but does he really NEED cake?  I debated this with OD, and she said NO, cuz he will find something while we are out over the weekend.  I agree, but, it is his B-day!  I settled on a cupcake, kind of met myself in the middle!

Speaking of B-day, I am thinking of treating him to a “Float” Session.  Have any of you ever done this?  I think he would LOVE this, because I know I would.  The only issue  I have is the session is 90 minutes, and that might be a little long for us.  Again, anyone out there ever done one of these?  If so please e-mail me

tamie@tamiesjourney.com

I want to know what you think.  It sounds SO relaxing and supposedly, it is good for many things, it relaxes you, is a pain relief, heightens creativity, removes toxins??

What does everyone have planned for the weekend?  We are going to try to get out on our motorcycles on Saturday, and Sunday is B-day lunch day with OD.  (I might have to post a pic next week of my motorcycle.  It is over 10 years old, but she still gets looks!)

Well Skittles!  The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and there is sun in the 7 day forecast.  What more can you ask for.

Remember to drink lots, keep hydrated, get up and move, be active, keep a smile😎 on your face, be happy, and get out and do something.  You need that vitamin D.

Remember, leave comments or send me an e-mail

tamie@tamiesjourney.com

and let me know what topics you would like me to talk about, your thoughts on me starting a podcast, and if anyone has ever had a float session.

Take care  xoxo
