Hello Again!  How is everyone doing today.  What a beautiful day.

I want to thank all of you readers, both the first timers and the ones who keep checking back.  I asked yesterday to let me know where you are reading from, and I even have some readers in Russia, COOL!  I want to reach as many readers as I can all over the WORLD. Down the road, I may ask readers to send pics to share with me, so that I can share with everyone else.  I think that would be awesome!  If anyone now wants to share pictures of most anything, you can e-mail them to me at

Ok, first, I need to make some changes to my food for yesterday.  We did not make the brussell sprouts, we had left over rice that we ate.

Now on to my work out today:

I went back and relooked at a work out I did some time ago, this is an actual program from Live Lean,IMG_2250.png I had forgot about and when I did this, I felt like I got pretty good results.

Flat Bench Press

Tri Dips

Incline Dumb Bell flys

Incline Dumb Bell Skull Crushers

Push Ups

Try Overhead Dumb Bell Ext

Incline Bench Kicks

1 Arm Concentration Curls

I also did sprints between every 2 exercises, as well as added Jumping Jacks and Running in place.  This is a good work out.  I also did my 5 minutes of stretching afterwards.

For my food today:


Hard Boiled Egg

Garden of Life Protein Powder

1/2 C Pineapple

1/2 C Cantaloupe

1 Slice Udis Flax and Fiber Gluten Free Bread

1 Cucumber

A small handful of Beanitos Tortilla Chips

Avocado Yogurt Dressing

Coconut Oil

Cashew Butter

Grass Fed Butter

Collagen Peptides

Angus Beef Burger

Bibb Lettuce

Dill Pickle Slice



I also am adding or trying to drink every day

2 cups green tea along with my kombucha

That is my food for today.

Yesterday, my calories were 1500 and I had 96 grams of protein and 100 oz of H20.

Today, I will say my pain level is a 5 and my energy is a 7, even though I did not sleep well last night.

Yesterday, I did not get up and move near enough, so today, every time my watch says “Time to Stand” I stand, move around, maybe do a few squats, JJ, whatever and then sit again.  Feeling much better today.

MH walked with us this morning, but did not have time for coffee, so it was a shorter walk, but still felt great!  I really like when he walks with me in the AM, it just is a nice start to the day!

You all know I love to listen to podcasts, and I really want to start one of my own, but for now, I will listen and get ideas.  I was listening to one today, and it was so motivating as to not give a damn what other people think.  Like for example, when you are at the gym and working out, if you want to take your shirt off, assuming you have a sports bra on, you go for it girl.  No one else in that gym really cares if you have or shirt on or not, and they probably are too busy to even look at you, so take that shirt off!  Right!  Who gives a damn!

Also, the positivity some podcasts give you.  They make me feel like I can do anything, and hey, who knows, maybe I can!  Have you all started your morning ritual of looking in the mirror and saying to yourself, Good Morning (yourself), you look great today.  You are going to have an AWESOME day!  I hope you are!

Ok, everyone needs a little treat once in awhile and apparently the Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Bars w not enough for me.  I really really like DARK Chocolate.  I found this IMG_2993 and bonus, it only has 1 gram of sugar.  AND, dark chocolate is packed with antioxidants.  Winner winner chicken dinner!!  And, I heard today, red wine, if drank at night in moderation, will help with weight loss, again, Winner Winner!  Guess I have to break out some of the good Wren Hop Wine tonight!
