Day 15 Half way there
Well, here I am day 15, I have made it halfway. This is quite the accomplishment for me. I usually commit to something, and than get bored, or busy or just lose interest, but this time is differant! And I think it helps that I am feeling better, but today is infusion day, and this always zaps me somewhat. Think I might need a 5 minute break!
I always listen to Podcasts while I work out, they motivate me, they make me think about many things, health, fitness, life in general and how some people are really really good, and than there are people that are just asses from the get go! Today, I was listening to Girls Gone Wod, Clair is just so brutally honest and I love that.!!! We should all be that way. Today they were talking about how Joy loves glitter, a woman after my own heart. Who doesn’t love glitter. Which made me think that I need to redo my nails today, and I really feel like glitter polish. The problem with that is, it is just so darn hard to get off again! Yes, I do my own nails. Me and OD are VERY finicky about our nails and for me, I just feel like I do a better job myself and take care of my nails myself better. Plus, if my nails are wet, I can’t shove food in my mouth. It is like a diet aid.💅🏻
The more I listen to podcasts, the more I really want to start one myself. If any of you readers out there have done this, or tried this, please let me know how hard it might be, and if you feel it is worth it.

Ok on to my work out today. today I did the below:
1 Arm Side Balance Row
Incline Dumb Bell Bi Curl
Dumb Bell Dead Lifts
Tri Skull Crusher
and than lots of jumping jack, running in place and sprints. Another good day of getting my heart rate up there. I told you yesterday, I went back to what might work, the Live Lean for Women Program. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed doing this, but it also kind of kicks my butt. And of course, I did my stretches.

Yesterday, my total calories were 1600, I only had 88 grams of protein, 78 grams of fat and 105 grams of carbs. AND lots of water. Need more protein today!
My pain level today, (after my infusion) is about a 6. Tomorrow will be better! And I slept great last night😃💤 As I was looking though my pictures I found this from some time ago Things are much better now!
Can someone explain to me, since I am NOT that tech savvy, how to get rid of Comcast, keep my high speed internet, but use only Netflix and Hulu? I know there is a way, I just don’t know what it is. If you know how I can do this, please leave a comment or send me an e-mail at

I had SO much energy yesterday, I was like a ball on fire, and today I am just not feeling it. Today is one of those days were I would rather write on my blog all day, and google things. I love to google things, and learn about anything and everything. Tell me what some of your favorite things to google are. You can learn anything with google!
I have not shared much of my foods lately, I need to get back in that habit. I don’t really like to look at peoples food pics on IG, but I do like to look at the pics on their blogs. When I look at food pics on IG or Pinterest, it just makes me hungry! I would love for you readers, from all over, to send me pictures of some of your favortie foods.
I have also not shared much of our travels recently. I will be better at that, and this weekend, I am sure we will get out on the motorcycles again. I will get a picture and share with you. We are also thinking of going somewhere for Memorial Day weekend. Does anyone have good ideas for that? We are thinking of maybe New York, New Orleans, Chicago. Does anyone know of any good wineries in the Michigan area?
