Welcome Back and keep on reading.
What a Day! What a Week! I don’t know what I have done all week, but this has been a crazy busy week! But, I have got a lot of things done. I still have a lot to do, but getting things checked off my list.
One of the many podcasts I have been listening to, they were talking about all of the irons they had in the fire. I felt like I could really relate to that. Sometimes I just feel like I need to stop, take a breath, and reevaluate. (Speaking of, for those of you that wear Apple watches, have you over opened the app when it says BREATH) Well, I need to know EVERYTHING, so the other day, when it said BREATH then do you want to open the app, of course I want to open the app. It is so cool, for one minute is tell you to inhale, and then it vibrates when you are supposed to exhale. How cool is that! 🤗
I told you all that I was feeling a little “glittery” so I had a few errands to run today, so I stopped at Ultra, ( I should never go in that store because I really do get distracted by shiny objects)🎉 I REALLY had to control myself and I limited my purchases to glitter nail polish, glitter eye liner, and purple hair color. Why not I say! I am going to have purple hair for a day or two or three. These were my purchases. I had to try the glitter eye liner, a little distracting, I can see it out of the corner of my eye, but I think I can rock it! Maybe I will share pics later.
Ok, on to more seriass stuff:
My workout today was really good, MH work up kind of early😴 so we got an early start on our walk, a really good walk. Than I did a really good workout:
Bent Over Row
Standing Dumb Bell Curl
Jumping Jacks
Pull Overs
Alt Hammer Curls
Weighted Abs
Rear Flys
1 Arm Concentration Curls
Running in Place
Planks
I also did a couple of sprints and my stretching. Great feeling was I was done.
My food today:
Udi’s Gluten Free Flax Bread
Hard Boiled Eggs

Garden of Life Protein Powder
Collagen Peptides
Green Tea
Kombucha
Chicken Thighs
Bean Chips
Cucumber Yogurt Dressing
1 pc of Dark Chocolate
Cobb Salad
Yogurt
My calories yesterday were 1500 again, 85 grams of protein (24%), 98 grams of carbs (28%)and 76 grams of fat (48%). I need a little more protein today, my fat and carbs are doing well.
One of the podcasts I was listening to talked about blood tests you can have that will evaluate your food, (allergies, what foods you do best with, what you need more of) I have to go back to the podcast to get the website, but it was really kind of interesting. The person that had this done learned their body did well with carbs, they did not need TOO much protein, and their fat intake was good. I find this really interesting, and want to learn how much this costs, and what they all do test for. If I knew that my body did good, (for example) on my macro mix now, I would not change a thing. I would just work as hard or harder than I do now on lifting weights, and I would just kick back and enjoy more of “life”. What do you think and have any of you ever had this done? I hope that we can get out this weekend, and I can take some good pictures to share on my blog and on IG. I love pictures from all over. I was looking through my older pictures, and I found a couple I thought that I would share. This is a sacred cemetery we saw when we were in Honolulu. I thought this was so pretty.
This one was from a market when we were in Barcelona. All of the produce, I could have eaten some of all.
