Day 20 and still counting!

Hello again hooligans!  (What does that even mean?)  10 days to go and than, what will I blog about?  Oh, I am sure I will think of many things.

Why does every day for me seem busier than the day before?  Is it like that for you?  Or am I just getting slower?  I know that I am not moving very fast today, I slept like crapidoodle last evening, not good at ALL!.  I think I was awake most of the night.  No idea why, but tonight, I WILL sleep good !! 💤  Do you have problems sleeping?  If you do, what do you do to sleep good?

Well, let’s start out with my exercise for today.  First, we got a much better walk in today, MR G had much more energy and MH walked, and even he was setting a good pace!  YAY!!!!  Today I did:

Flat Bench Press

Tri Dip

Incline Dumb Bell Fly

Incline Dumb Bell Skull crusher

Pull Ups

Over Head Tri Ext

Jumping Jack

Step Ups

Abs

Running in Place

and of course, my stretching

For food today, I have eaten or will eat:

Yesterday, my calories intake was 1515, I had 104 grams of protein, 110 grams of carbs and 56 grams of fat.  The macros were 31%, 32% and 37%, pretty balanced day.

My energy level today is 5 and my pain level is 5 as well.  My foot/feet feel better today.  Tomorrow I go for MORE blood work, (that is my life now) and maybe x-rays.  Maybe I will share pics.

On to other things.  I have had so much work and so many errands to run the last two days, and in my running all over, I have learned that some people are just assholes, very very rude.  There was one particular gentleman who would not even get on the elevator with me, WOW!  What can I say.

I have so many things I want to do, I want to make this blog successful and than start a podcast, I want to become much more knowledgeable on how to design and do different things with both my blog and my

site, I want to be healthier, I want to feel better all of the time, and so many things.

Oh that reminds me, one of my friends in China, MFG, has suggested that maybe I can offer goods from China on my site, for example, skin care products.  Is this something anyone might be interested in?  Most Chinese woman have very very nice skin, and that is because they take such good care of it.  I might get more info on this and share, but let me know your thoughts on this.

And again, please feel free to share this blog with your friends, family and coworkers, and please, leave me comments on what subjects you might want to hear about when the 30 day care over.  I am thinking of doing one entire blog on products and foods I do and don NOT like.
