My Journey

My Life, one day at a time!
Day 21!

Day 21!

I am almost done with the 30 day project, keeping track of food, exercise and sharing all of this with all of you readers.  I am enjoying doing this, it somewhat keeps me accountable on both the exercising and eating.  I may be thinking of having that afternoon snack, but than I think that I will have to add that also to the blog, and that means editing and more work, (and to be honest, I am kind of lazy) so I just don’t eat it.

And, I will be happy to blog about other things, places I have been or am going, products I am using, things all kinds.  I have been making a list.  Also, if you want to read about anything in particular, send me a comment

Well, let’s start out with my exercise for today.  First, we got a much better walk in today, MR G had much more energy.  My time Image-1  Doesn’t reflect the actual time, G had to stop frequently to do his morning business.

Yesterday, my calories intake was 1530, I had 87 grams of protein 24%, 125 grams of carbs  35% and 66 grams of fat  41%.  I needed more protein yesterday.

My energy level today is 6 and my pain level is 5 as well.  I slept much better last night.

I am really starting to enjoy that afternoon Hot Matcha Green Tea Latte from Starbucks.  It is a nice afternoon break.

The Yasso bars, MH got me addicted to these a couple of weeks ago.  He went out to get himself ice cream, and asked if I wanted anything, so I told him if he could find these, I would like them. Well, it is like I need one every night now.  They are somewhat low in sugar, high protein and low calorie, and VERY tasty!!!

I did have blood work done today, I should have the results back in about a week, and that will confirm whether or not I have PMR.   I blew off the x-ray.  I decided I did not need these done today, (OK, I will go back and get this done another day, REALLY)

I keep forgetting to tell you about the wildlife experience we had on our walk the other day.  I can always tell when G sees something out of the ordinary, and he was doing his prancy little walk, and there was a Possum staring at us!!!  Than, just about a mile done the road, he was doing this again, and there was a little fox.  I really wanted to try to take a picture of the fox, because it was just so darn cute, but I decided that probably was not a good idea!

We got this pop up down pour yesterday, and it was the coolest thing.  The raindrops glistened as they were falling with the sun in the background.  IMG_3002-1  I tried to get a picture of it, but I don’t think I captured what I could see.

I need to get back to my other work,

www.atwequipment.com

one day soon, hopefully, I will not have to do that any longer.

Again, please feel free to share this blog with your friends, family and coworkers, and please, leave me comments on what subjects you might want to hear about when the 30 day care over.

Well all, thank you again for reading and coming back but time to get back to

And again, please feel free to share this blog with your friends, family and coworkers, and please, leave me comments on what subjects you might want to hear about when the 30 day care over.  I am thinking of doing one entire blog on products and foods I do and don NOT like.

Well all, thank you again for reading and coming back but time to get back to

I would love to hear your feedback
