Hello All and here we are again.

So yesterday, I told you I needed to have my blood work redone, they said I should come in today.  Got here today, and they said I need to wait two weeks, BUT, I needed to have x-rays done, so here I am waiting and waiting and waiting>>>>>>>>  Really glad I brought my laptop with me.!

OK so I got all of the x-rays done.  Even the tech commented on how many the Dr wanted.  I should have the results back by Friday, hopefully, they will tell me this pain is just in my head.  Or maybe it is just a pain in my ass!

Our walk was not as exerting this morning, MH walked with us, but he is starting to pick up the pace!  Good for him.  We did get to have coffee, and when we got home, I got my work caught up, so that I could get to going, just to sit and wait.  Oh WELL!!!!!

So, to complete my food for yesterday, I had 2 chicken skewers, cabbage, dill pickle slice, some blue berries and a pc of my chocolate ganache.

My total calories yesterday were 1082  ( a little light) and my Macros were Carbs 30%  81 grams, Fat  37%  44 grams, and Protein 33%  87 grams.  A little light overall, but do need more protein.  I was also light on my sodium yesterday, back to the salt water in the morning😖

My body actually does not feel to bad today, even though I slept like crapy doodle again!  Maybe tonight will be better.

Today, for my exercise, besides the walk with MH, I did similar to yesterday, I did flight of steps in our building, and on every other landing, (2 sets of stairs) I did 10 pushups, 10 squats and 10 jumping jacks.  I know that does not sound like much, but it does get your heart rate up there!  And burns some calories!

My food for today is/was:

Asiago Cheese

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bomb





Corn Tortilla Shell

Grass Fed Butter

Collagen Peptides

Chocolate Ganache



For some reason, I have been starving all day.  I am not sure if it is because I did not eat that much yesterday, or if I am tired, but I think I just need to give in and eat a little more.  Do you ever get this way?

I am almost done with this 30 day commitment.  I am not sure what I will blog about but I know that I will find something.  If you have suggestions, please let me know.

OH, speaking of food, MD told me that there is someone at her office that is from Venezuela and he actually has an apria maker,  how cool would that be to have.  Ok, NO< I do not want one because then I would be making all kinds of things.  Do any of you have one of these?  Do any of you know how to make apria’s?

When IMG_3017.jpgI did my in work out today, I did my stretching here.  Very Relaxing.  They are supposed to open this by the weekend.  I plan on spending much more time here this year.

I used to use this all the time, IMG_1965but got out of the habit.  I picked some more up, this is a great way to add flavor and get extra protein.

OK, I need to get back to

since I was out of the office quite a bit today, and I have a lot of work to do.

Remember to drink lots, keep hydrated, get up and move, be active, keep a smile😎 on your face, be happy, and get out and do something.  You need that vitamin D.
