My Life, one day at a time!

Welcome Back!  Another crazy hectic day!!  One day soon, I will get all of my work caught up and ahead of the game.  But, I am up, I am working, I feel good, so that is all that is important.

How are you doing?  All good?  I slept MUCH better last night, so I do feel good today and I have some energy.  Unfortunately, I had to cut my work out a little short, I had people coming to my home so I needed to get done and get through the shower so I would be ready for them. The work out I did get in was pretty darn good.  Today I did:

2 Arm Overhead Tri’s

Jumping Jacks

Leg Extensions

Running in Place

Over Head Rope Tri

Leg Circles and Arm Circles

Leg Curls

Sprints

I did not get as much done as I wanted, but at least I got something in.  I was hoping I would be able to get a quick run in on the treadmill this afternoon, but that is not going to happen.  (I have come to the conclusion I need lessons in time management.  Every day, I think I will go get so much done, and than today is here, and I did not get half done of what I had planned.  Can anyone out there help me or send me how you keep on schedule??   HELP!!!!)

I don’t think that I mentioned that I am looking for a new car.  I have it narrowed down to a Nissan Kick or a Toyota C-HR.  I have test driven both, and both are good, but I HATE dealing with sales people and all the back and forth crap.  It is much easier because you can basically build the car you are looking for and then find one on the internet.  I had wanted to wait for the 2019 Models to come out, but I think I can get a really good deal on an ’18.  If you drive or have driven either of these vehicles, do you have comments on either of these?  I would love to know what other people think.  Please share your comments with me.

I have mentioned many times that I really am not a very good cook, but I have been cooking more recently, and last night, made a pretty darn good dinner, however, I always forget to take pictures.  What kind of a blogger am I?? I made jasmine rice, red lentils, pineapple sausage, and mixed this all together and let it simmer for a little bit.  Even the hubs commented on how good this was!  And so easy.  I would take pictures of the leftovers, but there are none!  Sorry!  Next time I will take pictures.

I have been on the WORST sugar kick recently, I cannot get enough sweet stuff.  This all started with those darn donuts!IMG_3118  Darn THEM!  Then I had the HUGE peanut butter cookie that was so good from Canvas Cafe, now, I want anything and everything SWEET, and there is nothing in this house like that, EXCEPT, the Gluten Free Brownie Mix that I bought the other day.  I actually have this setting on my counter, I am trying to resist making it, but my will power is leaving me FAST!!  When you get like this, what do you do to get over it?  Maybe I need to do one of those Sugar Detox things they are always talking about.

Is everyone hydrating good?  I cannot believe how much I am sweating this year,  GGRRROOOSSS!  So, I make sure that I drink a lot everyday.  Right now, for example, I have my water bottle, a glass of ICE, and a cup of coffee.  I just finished my Kombucha!   Let’s all take a drink now!  HYDRATE!!!

I know it is some time away, but we (OK) our starting to plan our Christmas Holiday.  I look forward to this 365 days a year.  It is the one time of year we are all together, no work, no worries, just fun times.  Last year they all did an unbelievable job of planning.  They have decided on Barcelona this year, YAY!!!!  The hotel is booked, and it looks like a really nice hotel.  Hubs and I have been there once before, and I think OS has been there, but there is SO much to do there!!!  If you have been there, or live there, please share with me what you feel the top things to do are, as well as some good places to eat!  I would love to hear other peoples views.  Please send these to
