It’s Friday  TGIF!!!  I do not know why EVERY week is busier than the week before, but please do not misunderstand, I am not complaining.  I would much prefer to be busy and not just sitting around, getting FAT!!!

Hubs is off this weekend for another one of his journey’s.  He has done this so often, it is not a big deal anymore, but there are always last minute things that need to be done, and that is what we have been doing today.  I had to get some work in there as well, plus, I am trying to keep this blog up so you readers keep coming back.

I have been sharing my daily workouts with you all, which I enjoy doing because as I do my workouts, it helps me to be more conscious of what I am doing.  WELL, NO WORKOUT today, can you believe that!!!!  Not like me at all, but I knew it was going to be a busy day, and I also new I wanted to get the BC site set up, so I skipped the wo, but I know that once the hubs is away, I work out twice as hard, and I also work twice as hard, so I have time to get lots of work outs in and lots of work done.  Wish me luck on both of those.

I will post some pics of work outs next week, really.  I also plan on doing one entire post next week of all of the companies I am working with, and their sites and if they offer you readers any discounts,  (help support this blog) and one post next week will be some of my favorite healthy foods, and the supplements I take.  If you have any questions on any of these, please send to

Be Active, get up and let’s all do 10 push ups now

And dance like no one is watching  (I love to do this)
