Tuesday and just another day in paradise.  So much do, always.

First things.  I decided on my jalk this morning I was going to do a different work out.  I just was not enjoying the one I was doing, and if I don’t enjoy something, I do not put my heart and soul into it.  And, on top of that, the podcast I was listening to was talking about squatting and how squatting is one of the fundamental lifts you can do.  So, I changed up my workout this morning, going back to kind of what I know best.  I will post on Friday the workout, and my max for this week.  I am quite sure that my legs will be screaming tomorrow, since I did about a gazillion squats today.  And that is a lot.

Back to the podcast.  I had not listened to what used to be one of my favorite podcasts for a long time.  ( I am not naming this podcast because I will still listen, and I don’t want to influence anyone or get into any big political debate) I did listen to one the other day that was really good, and I listened to another yesterday.  The one I listened to yesterday kind of got a little to whiny and political for me.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I get it, but this was a bit much for me.  So today I thought that I would try this one more time, and again, completely different subject, but just a bit whiny. Come on people, let’s lighten up and just talk, but don’t whine.  OK, I am probably guilty of this from time to time as well, but if or when I do, please let me know.

Yesterday I talked about my new plan to be more organized and utilize my time better.  Well, it actually worked out pretty good, I did mange to get MOST everything done on my list.  Towards the end of the day, I got several phone calls that took a little more time than I anticipated, but I still did good.  I am doing the same thing today, and am getting lots done.  I am also trying to get our condo a little more organized, and get rid of some of the things that need to go!  (We always have what we call “Our Goodwill Bag”) and that was getting kind of full, and I am starting in on cupboards and closets, so I took that bag to Goodwill, and while I was out, got my car washed.  It did not need it too bad, but since it is a new car, I decided I really need to take better care of it.  It looks so clean and shiny again😎!

I still haven’t had the time to redo my nails, I had other things to do last night, that required my hands not have tacky nails, so tonight, seriously, I will redo my nails.  You ask, why don’t you just go to a salon and have them done?  Well, I have done that a couple of times in my life, but I very much prefer to do my own nails.  I feel I do just as good, if not better job, I can sit and do them while I am watching TV at night, and I also consider it like a diet aid or appetite suppressant.  You can’t snack if your nails are tacky, right!  Let me know if you prefer to have them done, or if you prefer to do them yourself.

Well kidlets, it is that time again, I need to get back to lots of other things, many things, and I have to cook dinner again tonight.  Not sure yet what I am making, but I took a whole duck out to unthaw and I will cook up tomorrow!  That sound really good!
