Crazy People out there!

Hey All, how’s it going for you today?  Great Day in the neighborhood here!  It is raining again today, dark, damp and dreary, but I am not going to let that ruin my day.  I am getting things done, I feel good, and life is good.

Today, I am starting with a different subject.  First today, I am Thankful for my wonderful life, that 2018 has been and will finish out a good year, for the good and healthy food that I can chose to eat everyday, and I Thank My God every day when I can get out of bed and do the things I like or want or even have to do!  Thank You My God!  Again, what are you thankful for?

Now, my macros, My Macros for yesterday were:IMG_0186.jpg

Better than Tuesday, not bad!  My total caloric intake yesterday was 1425 calories, (I ate a lot yesterday,) but my total caloric burn yesterday was 2050 and my total steps for yesterday were 24,040.  We did some really gook walks yesterday!  Today, not so much since it is raining out!

My workout today was:

Bar Bell Squat  2 sets of 7 reps each @ 35 lbs

Flat Dumb Bell Flyes 2 sets of 7 reps each @ 15 lbs

Chest Press 2 sets of 7 reps each @ 45 lbs

Dumb Bell Dead Lift 2 sets of 7 reps each @ 30 lbs

1 Arm Row 2 sets of 7 reps each @ 25 lbs

Upright Dumb Bell Row 2 sets of 7 reps each @ 15 lbs

Bar Back 2 sets of 7 reps each @ 115 lbs

Lat Pull Down 2 sets of 7 reps each @ 70 lbs

I did a lot of extra Jumping Jack and Running in Place.  Not a bad workout for a quick work out.  Not sure how much of a work out I will get in tomorrow, I have to be out of the house by at least 8AM tomorrow, so it might be later in the day, if any.

This is the time of year that I relook at the past year, and ahead to the next year.  For ATW, I set my goals, look for new customers, that sort of thing.  I have been doing the same thinking about this blog.  I think that I am going to go in a slightly different direction.  I REALLY want to grow this blog and start to make a little more money from it, and by June of 2019, I want to have my Podcast up and running.  So, I think I have to revamp my blog site, and reach out to more companies to work with.  I am going to ask you readers several questions, in an attempt to redo the site and my blog posts, to make you readers happier. So, here is what I am thinking:

I will do five blogs a week, each post will center around one thing, for example, Monday I may talk about the weekend, share pictures, (I will definitely have to take a lot more pictures) and misc things, one day will be all the workouts I did for the week, one day will be nutrition, macros, that type of thing, one day will be commenting and reviewing on new products  I am trying, or introducing new companies, and one day I will devote to my RA, CVID, what is currently working and not working.  Of course, each day I will ad bits and pieces to keep in interesting and entertaining for you readers.  I may talk about a new place to eat we have tried, a new food I have tired, a good bottle of wine, just random things, to spice it up!  Please let me know your opinion on this.  Send your comments, suggestions, input to

Ok, this morning I ran out to get new shoes, I talked about my shoes yesterday, and I did find another pair of Alta’s, not sure I am going to like these as well, but I will give them a try.  My point to this was people are SO RUDE right now, walking, driving, in the stores!  Everywhere you go, good God people, have a little common sense and RELAX.

Speaking of relaxing, we were getting ready to go out and run a few errands this morning.  Now, keep in mind the hubs is on vacation, so he is in his ZEN Zone.  I, on the other hand, was going like a gazillion miles an hour to get shit done.  I was trying to get some work done quick, I was trying get laundry done, and make sure I had everything I needed.  So, I stopped to ask him some questions before we left, and I am sure I said at least 1000 words in less then one minute.  He just stood there and stared at me and said, RELAX, I am on vacation, take it easy.  I just stood there and laughed at myself.  I was really wired. We stopped to get a second cup of coffee on the way out, and he told me to get a decaf!!!  REALLY, nobody drinks decaf coffee!  I finally unwound a little, but when I sleep good, feel good and am on a mission to get things done, that is the way I get.  Just stay out of my way.   It was pretty funny!
