It is FRIDAY!!!!

WELLLLL HELLO  again!!!  I made it to Friday, and if you are reading this, so did you, WHO HOO!!!!

Another crazy morning and not much accomplished.  I think today is the last day that I have appointments, so I am HOPING next week, I can really get something accomplished.  I MUST get a lot accomplished next week, today is already shot to hell!  But, the sun is trying to peek out.

OK, I really switched up my work out this morning, because all of the sudden, I had this burst of energy after our walk, and I did not feel like lifting weights, I felt like jalking.  I got on the treadmill and my first mile was a 14 minute mile.  I know for MOST of you, that is like a slow walk, but for me, I have not done that forever!  I can’t remember the last time I did that.  I ended up doing 1.5 miles, at decent pace.  Than I did about 10 minutes of really good stretching.  I just felt the need to mix it up a little and it felt great!  So what am I a going to do next week, no clue, I guess it will depend on what I feel like that day.  Please do not misunderstand, I will LIFT HEAVY weights, probably at least 4 days next week, but man, it felt good to jalk this morning.

I know that was talking about my protein intake, and I just happened to read another article this morning, in one of the offices I was waiting in, about the importance of protein.  I did not do so good yesterday, but I have a good start on today already.  I am at 60 grams already today,  (It is lunch time).  I am making shrimp for dinner tonight, so that should help also.  How are you doing on your protein intake.  I would really like to see some of your daily caloric intakes as well as macros.  Please share with us, send to

Before the holidays, in one of my posts, I said that I was going to ask you readers several questions, in an attempt to redo the site and my blog posts, to make you readers happier. So, here is what I had asked:


I will do five blogs a week, each post will center around one thing, for example, Monday I may talk about the weekend, share pictures, (I will definitely have to take a lot more pictures) and misc things, one day will be all the workouts I did for the week, one day will be nutrition, macros, that type of thing, one day will be commenting and reviewing on new products  I am trying, or introducing new companies, and one day I will devote to my RA, CVID, what is currently working and not working.  Of course, each day I will ad bits and pieces to keep in interesting and entertaining for you readers.  I may talk about a new place to eat we have tried, a new food I have tired, a good bottle of wine, just random things, to spice it up!  Please let me know your opinion on this.  Send your comments, suggestions, input to
