What a morning, I think this is the first I actually stopped, sat and took a deep breath!  Crazy busy morning, and I did not sleep well at all last night so I really have had to push myself.

Ok, Tamie, you had your little whine session so get over yourself, everybody is busy, right?  RIGHT!

First, my heart health motivation for today!1princesssassypants&co4 And listen to the whispers of your heart and do what they say!

We did get our Regular walk in this morning.  It was VERY comfortable out, ALMOST warm.  I hope it stays like this for awhile.  And a quick coffee stop, but since we both had places to be, we needed to make it quick!

My Macros, Nutrients and Caloric Intake and Burn for yesterday are as per below:

I did a little better on the carbs, actually, I did a little better overall!  I still need a few less carbs and a little more protein.  I keep working on it and eventually, I will get there!  I also noticed a little too high on the sodium!

My total caloric intake yesterday was 1388 calories.  My burn was as per below:

I did pretty good on the calorie burn as well as the steps yesterday.  Just keep at it!  Right!

I did not have the time to work out after our walk, but I did manage to go down before lunch for a QUICK lift.  The below is what I did today:

I did 2 sets of each, the first set was 6 reps and the second set was 7 reps:

Single Leg Press    40 lbs for the first set and 55 lbs for the second set

Dumb Bell Dead Lift   35 lbs for each

T-Bar Row  100 lbs for the first set and 110 lbs for the second set

Incline Dumb Bell Press   15 lbs for each

Dumb Bell Shrugs   35 lbs for each

Lat Pull Down  70 lbs for each

Behind the Neck Pull down  40 lbs for the first set and 50 lbs for the second set

Dumb Bell Curl  12 lbs for each set

Dips    30 lbs assist

Lots of Obliques, Run in place, Jumping Jack and Sprints up and Down the hall.  It ended up to be a pretty good QIUCK workout.  Now, I have LOTS of work to get down.

Yesterday I did more food prep than I have done in a LONG time.  We were having salads/tacos for dinner, and I needed to cut food up for that, so I just kept going.IMG_0351  I chopped chicken, cabbage, lettuce, all kinds of vegetables, (as you can see) onions, peppers and avocado.  When I went to make lunch today, all I had to do was throw a bunch of food in a bowl!  Worked great.

I even ground coffee for the next couple of days yesterday.IMG_0352  I must of had a burst of energy when I did this.  But now I have this all done for a couple of days.
