OK here I am finally.  I swear, I am sitting at my desk sweating.  I have been flying around like a crazy person all day so far, BUT, the good news, I have made a BIG dent in my list, and if my customers would just quit sending me e-mails, I would get even more done.  But then, if they are placing orders, I really can’t bitch!

So, how are you today?  I am great, starting to wear down a little, but great!  Just to warn everyone, this will probably be the last post I do, until next Tuesday.  Since we are leaving for New York in the morning, and we do have quite a bit planned, so I will not do any posts until Tuesday, unless I find myself with lots of time on my hands!  (Plus, I just feel like I need a day or two to recharge and spend time with the hubs, and not worry about working out, eating healthy, jogging, just to kick back and take the sights in!)  Please understand.  I am going to try to take lots of pictures to share with you on Tuesday, and I will probably share a few of these to IG as well.  Now, if you do not like this plan, leave me a comment below!

Ok, on with it.  We got up in time today to go on a little longer walk, which was good.  The weather was so comfortable, and the hubs set a really good pace today, Poor G and I had to hustle to keep up with him, but I now know he has a goal in mind!👏  We had a really nice little coffee, then headed home.  Again, I got G upstairs, gave him a BIG bowl of Ice Water and fluffed up his pillow, then I headed downstairs to the gym.  Again, I did the one mile on the treadmill.  Now, for whatever reason, the treadmill time and my Nike Run time were almost identical today, so I finally feel like the time today was more accurate.  As you can see, it was a little slower, but like I said, I think this is accurate.  This was my time today:

This is day 12 of 39 days.  I am not making excuses, but I am not sure I will keep this up, OR, I may have to try jogging outside again.  My knees are giving me a little grief today, nothing drastic, but they are “weak”.  Or, it could be I need more H20, although I feel like I am drinking enough.  I will see how they feel on Tuesday, and judge accordingly.

After this, I did a very quick lift again, I only did 3 sets of each of the below and I did them very quickly:

Bench Press

Tri Kick Backs

Dumb Bell Pull Ups

Lat Pull Downs

Lat Shrugs/Farmers Walk

And some ab work.  I knew that I had a lot of work to get done, so I kind of hurried along.  Next week, I am hoping to spend a little more time on lifting.

OK, my caloric intake for yesterday was 1575.  I made sure to count EVERY morsel I put in my mouth yesterday, I just thought maybe I was miscalculating my caloric intake.  My caloric burn was:

A little less than yesterday, but still good.    As you can see, I did not get 20,000 steps in, but close.

A little more fat than I would like, but a decent mix.  My macro nutrients were:

Still a bit too much sugar, but not too bad of a mix.

Not the usual back pack I would even look at, but I think this is going to work out well.  Did you see the monogram?  REALLY not something I would do but they do this for no cost, and the guy at the store sold me on it when he said no one else can say this is their bag, or that it is not yours!  Good Point!  Wow, am I getting to be an OLD lady!!!!  NEVER!!!!  And this has all of the little secure pockets that I like!  So fun!

OK, I did tell you all a non truth yesterday.  I am not going to post my Beauty Counter Products again today.  There are a lot, and I want to do a good job on this when I do this, so it will be next week when I do this.  Besides, you can just go to my Beauty Counter Webpage

And order all kinds of things.  The first thing you really need to order is the sunscreen.  Summer is HERE, and please, please!!! Protect your skin, everyone,  I do, you should use sunscreen everyday!

OK, I know this has been another shorter post, but if you people would go to the sites of the companies that I do work with, and order things, so that I can make money on this blog, I could then do the podcast, and then, that could be my full time gig, so what are you waiting for?  Oh, I know, it IS my fault because I really do need to do another post, or at least update my site, so that you have easy access to all of those companies.  I just made a note to do this next week, REALLY!  Or maybe I just call my tech guy and tell him to do this!

Ok, again, got to go, got to get things done, got to make notes for next week so I do remember to get all of this stuff taken care of.  So, I do hope everyone has a great Memorial Day Weekend, do some grilling, do some relaxing, do something fun!
