Well hello everyone! What’s up today? Did you have a great weekend? I hope where ever you are, you got out and enjoyed the weather. It was absolutely beautiful here.
Sunday, we got out on the motorcycles, we got of an kind of early start, I think we were out by 9:30, but it was just so nice out. Of course, our first stop was our second coffee. This is kind of a regular stop for us, same place, and there were a LOT of bikes there on Sunday. It seemed everyone had the same idea.
We left coffee and headed north, and ended up stopping for just a little bit in Elijah. You usually cannot even find a parking spot, but we got really lucky, someone was backing up right as we pulled in to the parking lot so we snagged that spot and walked around for a little bit. It was just so nice.
From here we headed back south, slowly making our way back home. We stopped for lunch and our last stop was the Harley Dealer. When we were at lunch, I told the hubs I wanted to check the air in my tires so he said to do it at the dealer, they would fill it then right away if it needed air. He checked them when we left lunch and said NAH, I think these are fine, but then said, well maybe they need a little air. Well of course, both tires needed air so I got the lecture that I really need to check everything on my bike every time I take it out. OK, like I know how much tire pressure my bike tires need, and better yet, to fill them? (Ok I can do this if I really want to, but I like him to do it, it is so much easier😏) I already knew the headlight needed to be replaced, and so did he, so when we got in, he took out my head light, I checked the oil in my bike, and all is good. But trust me, next time we take these out, before I even try to start it, I will check the tires, the oil and make sure all lights and turn signals are working! Just because!
I am on day 18 of 39 days of running. Speaking of running. Both our son and our daughter run. Our daughter is a pretty good runner, I am sure she could do at least a half marathon, IF she wanted. Our son is a maniac runner. On Saturday, he ran 50 miles! Who runs 50 miles?? This took him 10 + hours and he burned an insane number of calories. I might LOG total 50 miles in one WEEK, but one day, good for you OS!!!!! I am amazed and where do you get this endurance?
Anyway, back to slow as molasses Tamie. I did not go out for a separate run after I brought G in today, I wanted to do a heavy lift, but I already have 5 miles for today, so I am counting these days as run days. Tomorrow, I am going to try to go out and do at least one mile again! Did you run today, or over the weekend? We should all try to get at least 10,000 steps a day in. MINIMUM! It is good for your body, mind, and over all well being.
I said Friday, I was going to do a post on ALL of the companies I work with, but I have decided to do this just a little differently. I am going to post on one company a day until I get them all covered. That way, you will not be bombarded with so many companies to choose from. You can go to that website for that day, browse around and buy something. Remember, your goal is to help support and grow this blog, soon to be podcast, and in the meantime, you will be getting good deals on quality products.
I am starting with Skinny Dipped, since this one of my favorite snack foods. I love these almonds.

OK, I am actually doing two companies today, because the Skinny Dipped, and Hello Ned, are probably my two favorite companies that I work with.
I have been using their Hemp Oil for some time, and it is great. I am actually using it more and more for pain. You know how some times, maybe you worked out too much or ran too much, or you just have some inflammation? WE all know that feeling! I use just about half of a dropper, let it set on my tongue for a minute or two, and within maybe 20-30 minutes, you feel good. I still use this at night, not EVERY night, but when I know I am going to have problems sleeping, or maybe I am REALLY tired and I want to make sure I do sleep good. It just gives you a more restful nights sleep. I take one full dropper at bedtime, I hold this under my tongue for about 1 minute. It really does make a difference. I haven’t tried the 300 mg strength yet, but I am going to try this next.
Hemp has been used for thousands of years to support health and wellness and despite the common misconception, does not get you high. What it will do, however, is help regulate homeostasis in nearly every biological system in your body, bringing balance to body andmind.Try some under your tongue with one of our premium Hemp Oils or topically with our Hemp Infused Body Butter and Lip Balms. I have tried both the body butter and the lip balm, and they are both GREAT. I strongly suggest you try all of these if you have any trouble sleeping, and the body butter goes on like silk and leaves your skin SO soft. Go to
